I am a student at the University of Miami pursuing a B.S. in Exercise Physiology (Class of 2028), passionate about the intersection of human performance, rehabilitation, and medicine. With a strong interest in sports medicine and neurology, I am driven to better understand how the body and brain adapt, recover, and perform under different conditions. As a Certified Personal Trainer, I find fulfillment in helping others improve their overall well-being through movement, fitness, and lifestyle changes. My experiences range from volunteering in the Physical Therapy department at Baptist Health Doctors Hospital, where I assist with therapeutic modalities, to working in customer-facing roles at Crunch Fitness, where I combined service and leadership with my passion for health. My background also includes hands-on exposure to clinical training through programs like the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine, leadership roles as a team captain and student council treasurer, and mentoring young athletes as a youth football and basketball counselor. I thrive in environments where teamwork, problem-solving, and service come together to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. When I am not in a lab or working, you can find me on my balcony playing guitar, reading a novel, or enjoying quality time with my friends.
