Prepare, monitor, and maintain construction project schedule.• Do price analysis for value engineering, and issue subcontract documents and purchase orders to subcontractors and suppliers respectively.• Prepare shop drawings, and material submittals as per plans and specifications.• Managed project-related documentation, including schedules, budgets, drawings, and instructions from consultants/clients.• Participate in daily construction planning and sequencing with site foreman and senior project managers.• Coordinate material delivery, rentals, and layout as needed with the site foreman.• Raise any project-related problems and possible cost savings measures to the President and Senior management.• Assisting all managers with project management, including milestones and technical support.• Inform general contractors, consultants, or clients of any errors, discrepancies, or omissions contained within the contract documents.• Prepared detailed cost estimates for the proposed change notices during the project lifecycle.• Prepare monthly progress draws and submit invoices to consultants and clients including final hold-back releases on time.• Preparing of Mechanical estimates, quotations, and other documents for various bid projects, as well as attending pre-bidding.• Prepare technical proposal documents, an equipment schedule, a construction schedule, work procedures, and other related reports to ensure the Company is ready to receive bids.• Prepare tender cost summaries, which include, equipment, material, and labour calculations, for final bid review and approval.• Examine and generate a bill of materials for system drawings to ensure alignment, identify material types and quantities, and prepare equipment lists and rough drawings for fabrication.• Prepare specification documents to submit to vendors for quotations of cost/price of materials and equipment and evaluate the same against tender specifications.
