ABOUT SEBASTIAN JOHNSON
Sebastian is a skilled strategist and executive who works with a number of philanthropic and nonprofit clients. He is a Senior Advisor at Freedman Consulting, where he provides support for major philanthropies in criminal justice reform. Sebastian previously worked at Arnold Ventures (AV), where he was Vice President of External Affairs and responsible for managing key relationships with policymakers and other stakeholders. At AV, Sebastian also served as chief of staff for advocacy and oversaw a portfolio of grants advancing criminal justice reform.Sebastian\'s other professional experiences include leading the Center for Lived Experience (CLE), a multidisciplinary initiative to integrate lived experience into research, policy, government affairs and community building, at Think of Us.
