Reporting to the Regional Director and working alongside a whole host of Clients. I act as the first contact with claimants, brokers/agents and various other parties involved to discuss the claim as required, often of high value starting from and a complex nature, managing instructions with exceptional interpersonal skills and creating good client relationships built around trust, respect and speedy resolution of assignments.As a first contact, I set out with the intention of reassuring the Claimant and providing a clear and thorough explanation as to how the Claim Journey will unfold. Conduct FNOL discussions/interview with Policyholders, Investigative questioning, raising any concerns or irregularities with specific Investigation departments in order to build a detailed picture for the Loss Adjuster before conjuring up a strategic plan dependant on the circumstances/nature of the claim. Regularly coordinating instructions for emergency work/mitigation measures as required following catastrophic events across all Perils. Involved with projects and overseeing caseloads/WIP. Some Policyholders/Claimants require forms of Alternative Accommodation, so I also ensure the reduction of claims lifecycles to reduce costs by proactive management and challenge building scopes and variations where necessary.Regular updates/meetings whether this be Desk-Based or On-Site with Clients is a necessary factor given the service level expectations that come with this division and the High Net Worth PolicyholdersUpcoming Projects - Cert CILA
