My professional journey brought me from dual study of designe engineer and industrial mechanic through the R6D to the customer support organization where I am belonging to since today. During that time I worked with prototypes, supporting technicians and dealer with technical support, was involved in product development and responsible for the global preparation of aftermarket deliverables as a project manager - always with the customer in focus. I learned to understand the needs of different stakeholders from different locations around the world and how powerful diversity is. Passionist of customer care and discoverer of new possibilities at ABG since nearly 20 years.
