ABOUT SEBASTIAN DONOSO

I am a Senior Dynamics Engineer at Lockheed Martin, supporting Sikorsky Engineering Sciences. I enjoy using programming to Compile Data for Flight Loads Correlation Improvement and using 3DExperience to Model Rotorcraft Component Abstractions. I am also Vice President of Nontraditional College Success, an organization dedicated to boosting representation of students from nontraditional backgrounds at large companies primarily in the Aerospace Industry. Additionally I am an Adjunct Professor at Quinnipiac University, and an Engineering Career Coach. In my spare time I also enjoy teaching music!I never expected to become an Engineer. I was first a violinist, then a music theory-nerd-turned-transcriber/arranger for my performing arts high school Jazz Ensemble. Over time, I noticed my analytical approach to music was very unfitting for a musician. It was then that I realized that while music can change the minds of the few that understand it, Engineering can help advance society by changing the way people of all backgrounds use technology.
