ABOUT SEBASTIAN DETTENRIEDER
After I was born and raised in the south of Germany, I experienced a very characterising change from the south to the north. Of course, on the one side personally but also on the business side from trucking focused area to a sea freight orientated logistic economy. Over the last years, I got the chance to work with great, inspiring colleagues who opened my horizon and encourage me daily. Furthermore, I always had the luck of finding mentors who supported me and whom I could learn from. My obsession with improving myself and the environment I am working in was leading to the honour of responsibility over a new team of four very skilled colleagues. I enjoy working in, founding and forming high-performance teams and believe in their importance for all organisations.
