In 25 years in Operations, I built my career from Mechanic on the Shopfloor to Research and Consulting to General Management and Interim Management to Vice President. During this time, a broad know-how on the entire supply chain has been developed, which is complemented by more than 8 years working abroad (6 years of which in Hong Kong and Shanghai on site) in, for example, the automotive, aviation, renewables and e-mobility industries.My focus in working with colleagues, customers and suppliers is always on building sustainable and trustful relationships. With a clear business orientation and the ability to integrate an organization upwards and downwards, problems can be solved in a result-oriented way.
