ABOUT SEBASTIAN CORSER

I have a passion for Quality and a background in management and supervisory roles. I have a positive attitude which lends itself well to problem solving tasks and thinking on my feet. I am a hard worker, reliable and punctual with an ability to work well under pressure. I am a quick learner, fast, efficient, clean and precise with experience in running both small and large teams. My military background has provided me with a deep understanding of the importance of planning, strategizing and ensuring high working standards. I am always striving for continual development and have recently completed a variety of courses to expand my skill set. I have experience and knowledge in Product Release, GDocP, GMP, QMS, LEAN practice, KAIZEN, 5S, KANBAN and SQDC, for all of which I have conducted internal audits (including GAMBA walks). I have recently completed a number of Management level HR courses and have been part of a team responsible for monitoring poor performance, defects, disciplinary, grievances, conflict management, health and safety observations and actions through safe-guarding.
