WORK HISTORY
COO Confident Futures Ltd @Confident Futures
Manchester, GB
Delivering understanding and action for clients on regulations, current and future and, your aspirations. We help you to deliver and focus around ESG strategically. For Net-Zero we are providing zero-carbon energy systems that recognise energy policy and how organisations can then meet their future energy needs with confidence, in terms of cost and impact (climate, nature and social). Ultimately, we are to help make it pay to be good.\\\\n\\\\nThe regulation spans that which covers Social, Governance or Environmental requirements. This can be from a UK, European or beyond focus. In all cases you rest on your governance, this is not new. However, what fits in to governance assessments has (and is). Governance is a crucial part of all (please don\'t think of this as compliance), this at a simple level is alignment with the \'Corporate Code\' or \'Wates\'. There are the further requirements of the CSRD, TCFD, TNFD and various Taxonomies. This addresses much of the environmental factors a firm must consider. There is dynamic materiality and social materiality, these sit across all aspects of a firm. Dynamic Materiality is vital, depending on your sector and if you are considering single or double materiality.\\\\n\\\\nThe FCA has now incorporated equalities into assessment requirements, we offer the ability to understand this better. This is part of the \'ESG Stress Test\' that we can perform with you, on your firm. This will enable better understanding of your supply chain (upstream and downstream). This will help with understanding both your suppliers and customers, to a level you haven\'t before - blending their financial, environmental, social and governance positions. This will help you to expose risks that individual customers may pose (if these factors, please remember ESG is a financial tool) are potentially problematic.\\\\n\\\\nOur processes are designed to be inclusive. This is beyond a traditional workshop, it is about getting people to talk, to think and to explore themselves, safely.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
