Working in tandem with Paramount US and Showtime to deliver high end drama in both markets. Extensive industry contacts and knowledge. Sourcing ideas, maintaining talent relationships, creating relationships with distribution and financing partners. Working with the Chief Content Officer Paramount UK to oversee all programming across the Paramount portfolio including the Channel 5 family, Paramount+ UK & My5. Plus a particular focus on overseeing Paramount UK\'s commitment to drama.Inputting into key content decisions for all genres for Channel 5 and Paramount Plus. Oversight of all commissioning for the free digital channels. Inputting into key marketing and scheduling decisions across all genres for the Channel 5 family and Paramount Plus in order to maximise ratings or drive subscriptions.Oversight of the Paramount UK acquisitions team, streaming editorial team and free digital channel teams.
