As Associate Partner I am responsible for the German Google Cloud business at Reply. In this role, I lead a team of talented professionals to drive the adoption and success of Google Cloud solutions across diverse industries in Germany.Responsibilities:Leadership:Build and manage a high-performing team focused on Google Cloud solutions, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve consistent growth for the German Google Cloud business, exceeding set revenue and profit targets.Oversee effective team management and people development, cultivating a positive and engaging work culture.Business Development:Cultivate and manage strong relationships with clients and Google, fostering strategic partnerships that drive Google Cloud adoption in the region.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leading the development of proposals and closing deals to expand our client base.Technical Expertise:Leverage my deep understanding of the entire Google Cloud portfolio, including Gen AI, ML/AI, Data Analytics, infrastructure, platform, and industry-specific solutions, to deliver impactful client outcomes.Stay informed of the latest advancements in Google Cloud technologies and translate that knowledge into tangible business value propositions.Marketing & Communications:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to solidify Go Reply\'s position as a leader in the German Google Cloud market.Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.Contribute to thought leadership content development and industry engagement initiatives.Management:Assume full responsibility for managing the German subsidiary of Reply Deutschland SE, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.Strategic Contribution:Contribute strategically to Go Reply\'s overall growth and success, aligning with the company\'s broader objectives.
