Seb is a proven commercial leader with a track record of scaling consumer brands from startup to breakout growth. With over a decade of experience across e-commerce, brand, digital product, and operations, Seb now partners with founders and boards through his advisory practice - helping brands scale smarter, grow faster, and build for long-term value.He is Chairman and owner of Dancing Leopard, a womenswear brand he acquired in 2025, leading its next chapter with a focus on category expansion and international growth.Previously, as Managing Director of Boxraw, Seb returned the business to year-on-year profitable growth, overseeing its core categories of boxing equipment and training apparel.Before that, he was part of Gymshark’s early leadership team, helping scale the brand from £4M in revenue to unicorn status. He launched Gymshark’s tech function, led the development of flagship digital products like The Gymshark Training App, and expanded global e-commerce from 2 to 14 Shopify stores.Today, Seb combines deep operational expertise with a founder’s mindset, advising brands on strategy, product, and go-to-market execution. His approach blends big-picture thinking with in-the-trenches delivery, backed by a strong network of experts, investors, and partners.
