   I support ARG and our advisors in all aspects of processing, growing volume, and elevating our insurance & annuity business. As a firm, we work to stay on the forefront of planning opportunities, reacting quickly to changes in the legislative and product environment. In doing so, we maximize the value for our advisors, member firms, and clients in a competitive landscape. I manage our processing team to ensure a smooth underwriting process with all carriers and to expedite case feedback to our advisors. I work in tandem with our advisors to develop illustration skills and educate on advanced case design, helping them to expand into new markets, including business planning, estate planning, modern retirement income design, and premium finance. I manage the onboarding process for our experienced insurance producers, as well as help our advisors with investment-based backgrounds to discover how to integrate holistic planning into their work. I also love to educate the public on small business planning, estate planning, and tax mitigation strategies.
