I also litigate high exposure complex insurance disputes (e.g. civil RICO, insurance bad faith, contribution actions, premium disputes), handle civil appeals and writs of administrative mandamus, provide coverage analysis and opinions, and monitor outside counsel. I also act as a liaison between State Fund and DA\'s offices across California in criminal restitution proceedings, and graduated from State Fund\'s Emerging Leader Program in 2020.
