ABOUT LISA SEARL VETTER

As a teacher at The Hoffman Institute, I am dedicated to transformative adult education, spiritual growth, and the personal dimensions of leadership. I teach a diverse population from all walks of life – business professionals, stay-at-home parents, therapists, students, and tradespeople – who are seeking clarity in all aspects of their lives. Through the Institute\'s proprietary methodology, I help participants learn how to transform counterproductive beliefs, perceptions, and emotional patterns that are limiting their lives. They are taught how to live from the positive dimensions of their beings, resulting in lives that are more free, open, loving, spontaneous, joyous, creative, balanced, and whole.As the Founder of WomenThrive Leadership, I help launch women into their aspirations and dreams. Recognizing that we each have within us the ability to achieve more than we ever thought possible, WomenThrive Leadership brings together the doing and being of great leadership. Life and Leadership coach and facilitator bringing to bear my business background, coaching certifications and extensive training in the psychological and spiritual area of human development for long-term transformational change. In business, extensive experience in setting goals and developing strategy in complex international environments, and managing organizations through the successful implementation of strategic plans and rapid growth. Leadership roles have included working with paid employees and volunteers. Broad range of marketing and communication experience. Developing high trust teams in the on-line world. Experienced in setting up and working in start-up ventures including assembling a dynamic team, working in a mission driven environment, and managing ambiguity and complexity.
