Inbound, Outbound & Stockyard:• Manage the entire Logistics operation of Machines & Parts• Preparing, managing & communicating the Logistics strategy in support of the company’ key strategy• Review, develop, and measure key metrics for logistics operation and implementing action plans• Ensuring all safety, security practices & audits are implemented and followed • Review and evaluate current logistics processes and policies and implement the changes if any• Proposing and managing the annual Logistics budget• Periodic performance reviews of Logistics Service Providers and draw the action plan and follow-up• Ensuring on time, error free, proper PDI & packaging of dispatch• Ensuring timely & precisely completion of documentation• Ensuring continuous delivery Excellence by providing guidelines & training• Resolve customer complaints or problems with Corrective and Preventative actions • Ensuring all necessary Govt/statuary approval for running the business at Stockyard• Carryout Gemba audit in Stock Yard to ensure Facilities Development & Operational excellence• Setup of Transport Network and analyse the financial impact of proposed logistics changes• Conducting RFI, RFQ and awarding the contract to Logistics Service Providers• Ensuring timely & accuracy of MIS Reports• Managing Team’s Learning & Development, Performance, Recruitment & Business Continuity Plan (BCP)Insurance:• Develop specific Insurance Products for Construction Equipment’s (CPM) and Loaders (Misc D)• Facilitate & tie-up with Insurance companies for development of Insurance Product along with the AIBF Co.• Develop promotional strategies for promotion of the Insurance Product to Customers through country-wide network of Dealers / THCM Branch offices
