My role is to lead and manage the directorate information systems and team ensuring that information is collected, stored, disseminated, and analysed effectively as well as to develop and manage digital strategies to meet new government initiatives and developing business needs as required. I am also responsible for ensuring a strategic overview is kept of all information system developments across Adults and Children’s directorates, also across partners in other agencies and schools where appropriate, and develop innovative approaches to meet the changing requirements of Adults and Children’s (including Education) Services.

I currently lead and manage the information systems and team at Thurrock Council, ensuring that information is collected, stored, disseminated, and analysed effectively to meet the changing needs of adults and children\'s services. I have a strong technical background and a broad knowledge of IT services and applications, as well as a proven track record of delivering effective technical solutions and strategies. I hold a Prince2 Practitioner certification and have experience in developing and managing digital strategies, Office 365 migration, SharePoint intranet, and product marketing campaigns. I also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, which enable me to build trusting working relationships with partners and stakeholders. I am passionate about leveraging existing and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and performance.
