ABOUT SEAN T. TOLNAY

I am a curious, creative, and strategic southpaw with a passion and expert level ability to connect, collaborate with, and lead people. Success in both our personal and professional lives is largely determined by our ability to effectively engage, communicate, and negotiate with others. To accomplish this, we must be strategic in our approach, authentic in our interpersonal relations, and adaptable to the culture, situation and styles/strategies of our counterparts. I\'ve had the great fortune of building, managing and collaborating with an eclectic cadre of creative visionaries, subject matter experts, and support staff across many disciplines. For the past 17 years, my colleagues and I have provided consultation, training, and advisory services for organizations in both the public and private sectors including: Apple Inc, World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, Environmental Protection Agency, General Dynamics Corp, and the U.S. Department of Defense. Together, we have earned a reputation for designing and implementing innovative, award-winning, science and research based strategic communication, negotiation, digital transformation, organizational change, and business development /sales enablement strategies, tools, and techniques that have enabled clients to: communicate and negotiate strategically and effectively in complex, emotionally charged environments; improve organizational reputation/stakeholder relations; establish and cultivate strategic alliances; capture new business, and increase revenue.
