This entailed meeting with business leaders to prioritize competing projects and resources as well as developing and implementing the program plan thru the transition to the production support teams.• Established the AI and RPA centers of excellence. My role was to work with the business to glean requirements from an ambiguous process to determine if an AI or RPA solution was warranted and then breakdown the projects into manageable workstreams and deliverables. I also directly participated in the design and implementation of the final solutions.• Directly managing a multi-year program with 20 complex cross functional workstreams to replace the US budgeting and forecasting application. This included regularly using my judgement to balance the business needs with the technical capability of the system.• Established and managed a PMO at a global Law Firm.
