As Co-Founder of Happy Ladders, a Reventure Labs venture, I built the foundation for this parent empowerment platform focusing on product development, customer acquisition, and sustainable growth strategies. I established our business structure while developing our account-based sales program for our flagship SaaS offering.Parents and caregivers of autistic children face overwhelming challenges in finding appropriate resources, navigating complex support systems, and implementing effective interventions. Existing solutions are fragmented, expensive, and often not tailored to individual children\'s unique needs, creating significant stress and preventing many families from accessing timely support.I developed a comprehensive platform that simplifies access to autism resources and personalizes intervention strategies, resulting in more accessible and effective support for families. This initiative has enabled us to help families navigate the autism journey more confidently while demonstrating my ability to apply technology solutions to complex human challenges.
