A successful business owner and entrepreneur, I grew my electrical contracting company to gain the interest of Sebastian, who acquired my company and kept me on to grow the region for them. That led to moving into roles at the executive level, where I have managed client relationships and employee engagement. As a leader of teams, I meet individuals where they are, identifying what motivates them and tapping into that to help them excel.
