In industries from aerospace and automotive, to industrial automation and insurance; from health care and retail, to technology and telecommunications.All of that experience has convinced me that the most successful businesses and the most fulfilling places to work share a common trait: they center everything they do on their customers. It has also provided me with a huge body of experiential knowledge about how to build such a business, and what to avoid.
