Advising and assisting site management in the preparation of Safety & Environmental Plans, Risk Assessments and method statements for various projects in line with client SLA’s / KPI’s. Undertaking KAEFER active monitoring activities daily to verify compliance with KAEFER standards and SSOW. Prepare safety and environmental reports as required Conducting in conjunction with client, site walks and attend meetings as required. Monitoring occupational health requirements, ensuring statutory monitoring is carried out as required. Conducting safety and environmental audits and inspections in accordance with site/client requirements Preparing and delivering training courses / tool box talks to ensure full knowledge of H&S requirements and techniques Reporting to site HSE Lead / Head of HSE of HSE activities Conducting accident / incident investigations and prepare reports for internal / external purposes Providing HSE advice and direction to on site management, staff and contractors Assisting site management in the periodic preparation and presentation of seminars/training for clients, own employees and other interested parties/stakeholders Sharing information, suggestions and observations to create consistency throughout the Company Assisting other members of the team in internal/external business unit auditsBased on the DOW Silicone Site - Barry
