CPMI is an engineering consulting firm that specializes in the analysis, resolution, and prevention of complex construction disputes related to delay, disruption, and loss of productivity. Working in both the public and private sectors, CPMI consults for owners, developers, contractors, architects, engineers, and government agencies to evaluate and resolve complex construction disputes on both active and completed projects. CPMI provides expert analysis and advice to facilitate negotiation, mediation, and/or arbitration.
