ABOUT SEAN PAUL AGUIRRE

Sean Aguirre is 2nd generation San Diegan and Loan Officer, and here to be your home loan resource. Prior to getting into loans in 2012, he was a middle school teacher, which is where he learned to break things down and make them easy to understand – a skill that has come in handy with something as complicated as buying a home. Sean, his wife Meg, and their dog, Pickles live in the Oak Park neighborhood of San Diego. They love to go on long walks (Pickles), eat at new restaurants and travel anytime they can. When he’s not closing loans, you can find Sean singing with his band, High Tide Society – a yacht rock cover band that plays 60’s and 70’s easy listening (Hall and Oates, Toto, Boz Scaggs etc).Sean believes in the wealth building power of home ownership from firsthand experience and wants to share the possibilities with his clients. He bought his first home in 2019 with the minimum 3% down payment and the property has since almost doubled in value!
