ABOUT SEAN OSULLIVAN
I\'m a dedicated and motivated Cyber Security leader and mentor, with 19 years of experience in cyber security, InfoSec and information technology. If you enjoy good coffee, we\'ll get along just fine. I have an in-depth understanding of the complex cybersecurity landscape, with a proven track record for designing, implementing and protecting diverse environments. I\'ve led ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISAE 3402 programmes, implemented CIS recommendations and build best practices, and managed successful vulnerability management programmes. I love what I do and have a keen interest in today’s technology, making sure assets, data, and our people are protected.Regarding my work ethic, I see myself as an approachable and supportive team player and manager, and I take pride in what I do on both a personal and professional level. Regardless of the task in hand I work just as well alone as in a team to complete projects and meet deadlines. I have been a people manager for many years, and do my best to up skill and empower those I work with. Outside of my career, I love to read, spend time with my family and indulge in a few side projects. I have authored my own Microsoft 365 management extension for modern browsers and am working on my first book.On November 2021 I was accepted into the Chartered Institute of Information Technology as a Full Member, after demonstrating my cybersecurity acumen. I am currently working toward the ISC CISSP certification.
