With over 25 years of experience in real estate development, I lead Trailside Group, a company that builds high quality homes and communities in and around Seattle. We have a unique planning methodology that integrates location, land, outdoor activities, architecture, and interior design to deliver the best indoor and outdoor living experience. We have recently broken ground on Ederra and Skyline Ridge, our two newest communities, and we are constantly looking for new opportunities to acquire and build innovative and industry-leading communities.I am passionate about designing, planning, and building projects that help people enjoy our natural and built environments, while generating attractive returns for our customers, investors, and partners. I have a proven track record of entitling, developing, and building communities, homes, and mixed-use properties in the Northwest. I work with a fantastic team and trade partners who collaborate to create exceptional outcomes. I value efficiency, order, and lean accountability, and I strive to be a leader in the creation of our built environment.

To address a challenging market, we developed a unique planning methodology in which location, land, outdoor activities, architecture and interior design are brought together to deliver the best indoor and outdoor living experience. Trailside is currently wrapping up 65 homes at our Woods & Steele project, and we are constantly looking for new projects to acquire and build innovative and industry leading communities. Trailside also provides superior building services at Suncadia Resort. Led the entitlement and planning for a portfolio of 1,300 home sites in 12 separate projects totaling 1,400 acres.
