Part of the HRIS Configuration team managing the Workday HCM functionality on a day to day basis. Responsible for overseeing the testing of the Workday biannual release cycle, business process changes, work schedule calendars, leave and absence and recruiting,(including agencies) and Service Now ticket resolution Carrying out HR system admin activities e.g. troubleshooting, system maintenance, system testing, system/data checks fault-finding and resolution, managing user access. Configuration of a number of Workday Extend apps Technical member of the Advanced Compensation project team, assisting with UAT and Pilot launch and then Live launch and completion of process Manage a number of Configuration projects i.e. change to business processes, off and onboarding questionnaires, annual pulse surveys (using Workday Peakon), agile working and annual performance reviews
