Supervise a staff of 10 employees which 3 of the 7 are 32BJ union, plus a uniform security company. Inspect and arrange for inspections of the building and grounds. Assure compliance with codes and ordinances and safety standards. Inspect vacant apartments as well as occupied apartments to see what needs to be done to get vacant ready for occupany as well as being REAC ready. Prepare monthly reports for the main office. Review all bids for contracted work. Collect all rental collection, and do recertification for HUD 202 Property as well as a Tax Credit Property, and make sure all rent stablize tenant have current leases. I also handle landlord tenant cases as well as violations.
