May25-Current: Retirement Solutions Oct24-Apr25: Pensions Dashboard - re-joined the programme following a solution pivot to successfully deliver the staging of pensions data in line with the FCA regulatory deadline and requirements. Sep23-Oct24: Consumer Duty - delivered a series of changes and frameworks across the operating model and customer strategy for the largest UK Life & Pensions closed book across a delivery team of 100+ FTE and 15 Outsourced Service Providers achieving compliance in line with the regulatory date across all Phoenix brands. Aug22-Aug23: Pensions Dashboard - led the Phoenix programme. Drove the group solution definition, build out of azure datastore and interface layer to PDP ecosystem and supporting data extracts from policy admin platforms. Owned the programme relationship with MaPS driving and challenging their approach, planning assumptions and delivery timelines working against a challenging backdrop of late deliverables and minimal information/communication with the industry.
