ABOUT SEANNA MITCHELL
I am a driven and passionate individual who enjoys taking on new challenges and delivering an exceptional employee experience. My industry knowledge combined with my background in process and policy creation, recruitment, and training and development has allowed me to excel in the HR world.My role is all about helping people. Supporting managers, building engagement and morale, coaching and mentoring, improving working relationships and communication between teams, and working closely with employees at all levels of the organization. Attention to details, and building trust with the employees is an essential component to my role – and I love it! That’s probably why I have a part time job as a dog trainer. I get to focus on coaching and supporting clients with new skills and knowledge as they improve their relationships with their pets. There is no greater feeling than when someone thrives because of the training, coaching or support I was able to give them.In my spare time (which is not a lot with two jobs!) I can be found outdoors enjoying the greens, slopes or diamonds, on the water kayaking or paddle boarding in the summer, hanging out with my dogs or diving into a new book.
