    At ESMAP, I co-lead the World Bank\'s Offshore Wind Development Program which helps emerging markets accelerate their uptake of offshore wind I also manage the Energy Climate Finance (ECF) team which mobilizes concessional finance of the CIF, GCF, GEF and bilateral funds to accelerate energy transition investment in World Bank client countries. I am also co-founder of the Scaling Wind program which works with emerging market governments to develop and competitively tender onshore wind projects.
