About Sean Turner
As Product Management Director, I lead the definition, development, delivery, and adoption of digital products, focused on turning complex engineering insight into usable, scalable software. My work sits at the intersection of engineering, technology, and business, translating strategy and research into clear product roadmaps, well-defined requirements, and measurable outcomes.I spend most of my time close to users and delivery teams, understanding how engineers make decisions, how tools fit into real workflows, and where friction, risk, and opportunity exist. I enjoy seeing how the many pieces of a system fit together and finding creative, simple ways to connect them that deliver the most value for users. That perspective informs how I prioritize, shape backlogs, and partner with software engineering to deliver products that are technically sound, trusted, and adopted in practice.I’m accountable for product vision, sequencing, and execution. This includes defining success metrics, tracking adoption and value realization, and adjusting direction based on evidence rather than assumptions. I believe strong product management is grounded in clarity: clear problem statements, clear ownership, clear tradeoffs, and clear expectations across teams.I especially enjoy taking products from zero to one, when ambiguity is high and direction matters most. I’m comfortable shaping fuzzy ideas into concrete problems, testing assumptions, and establishing foundations for long-term product health. I’m equally energized by the next phase, scaling those products as they mature, learning from real-world use, and evolving them to meet growing and changing user needs without losing focus on the core value that made them successful.I’m at my best in complex, technical domains where thoughtful execution matters. I value disciplined prioritization, close collaboration, and continuous learning, with a focus on building products that improve how people work and support better decisions over time.
