I have been investing in residential real estate since 2004 and added commercial real estate in 2022. My current multifamily portfolio consists of 360 units. I am constantly learning and looking for opportunities to work with great people to solve complex business problems.I have learned skills like capital raising, researching new leads, cold outreach, and running discovery calls using SPIN and BANT. I have also learned skills to help manage relationships, run cadences, and streamline the process of finding new leads. Selling is both an art and a science, so I continue to expand my skills by reading books like How to Win Friends and Influence People, Fanatical Prospecting, and SPIN Selling.
