With more than 29 years of public accounting experience, Sean Morrison is a specialist in the application of international accounting, auditing, and regulatory requirements. Sean is the former leader of Deloitte\'s Audit & Assurance practice in Ontario and Deloitte Canada\'s accounting advisory and public company audit practices. In addition to providing audit services, Sean specializes in providing audit and assurance services in connection with the application of IFRS, Canadian GAAP, US GAAP, and Canadian and US regulatory requirements to public and private Canadian companies, across a variety of industries. A chartered professional accountant in Canada and a certified public accountant in the US, Sean brings a global perspective to the accounting advisory services that he provides. Based in Toronto, Sean works with clients across Canada and has extensive global experience, having been previously based in London, UK where he worked with companies in the UK, Ireland, mainland Europe, and South Africa as a US accounting and regulatory expert on US capital markets transactions.
