The Head of Operations Analytics and PMO leads multiple sales, servicing and loss mitigation support functions including Analytics, Business Intelligence, Capacity Planning, Process Engineering, Software Support, Credit Bureau Reporting, Branch Operations Support and Incentives, Project Management and the PMO providing support across the business and daily input to the CEO and Department Heads. • Designed and built the departments of Operations Analytics, Process Engineering, Capacity Planning and the PMO from the ground-up. • Led customer segmentation, analytical modeling and champion/challenger testing in collections and loss mitigation strategies and introduced the concept of analytical testing to Branch Operations through best practice testing and incentive program re-design. • Created branch profitability, performance and incentive programs and related analytics leading to improvements in our major priorities of consumer and auto loan origination, delinquency, growth, and operational efficiency. • Partnered in the re-engineering of Republic Finance through centralization to facilitate sales-focused Branch Operations, expanded product offering, accelerated growth into new states and the creation of a comprehensive digital roadmap servicing as program manager of the subsequent Digital Transformation Office. • Built and instituted process review and design, capacity planning, branch expansion and consolidation analysis and operational playbook programs to drive efficiency, and target investment dollars to our highest return opportunities including branch expansion and new state selection. • Created operational and executive performance reporting packages to support all levels from on-the-floor daily performance reporting to regular board meeting packages covering Branch Operations, Collections and Loss Mitigation with analytically-based solutions and proposals.
