I am currently responsible for defining business strategy and managing day-to-day operation of Polymer units at INEOS Petrochemicals complex in Grangemouth, Scotland. Responsible for EBITDA performance through optimisation of sales, feedstock procurement, production schedule & supply/demand balances. Drive business improvements to support plant profitability & longevity.Prior to this I managed the Aromatics business for INEOS Olefins & Polymers North, based in Cologne, Germany, responsible for a range of Aromatics products and Gasoline blending components. Background includes LPG procurement and trading, and a number of chartering and operational roles within INEOS, including helping to deliver the long term project of shipping US Shale Gas to INEOS assets in Europe. This provided extensive experience in product trading, the procurement of bulk shipping services and coordination of product delivery.I graduated from Durham University with a BSc in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. I am a keen sportsman (hockey, squash and football, amongst others) alongside which I enjoy running, cycling and going to the gym.
