Review daily vendor delivery performance, ensuring all issues of non-compliance prior to and at the point of receipt are addressed.• Liaise with internal departments within the DC on all issues of non-compliance.• Initiate the correction processes of all ‘received’ non-compliant products through the Rework Coordinator both on site and through off site facilities. Assess likely costs incurred and create chargebacks in line with policy advising Merchandising and vendors throughout the process.• Provide a central point of contact for vendors, merchandising, and Operations teams where all enquiries regarding compliance can be resolved.• Ensure constructive vendor relationships are created through one on one sessions for both new and established vendors relating to compliance issues.• Target all poorly performing vendors identified and take remedial steps to resolve problems.• Ensure all rework is completed within the agreed timescales and all departments are notified.• Support / facilitate a smooth process for Vendor on-boarding, relating to Operational days for new and existing Vendors with regards to compliance including appropriate operational teams.• Ensure all reworks both internally and externally are completed in a timely manner to meet ATS time lines to support both business and customer expectations ( KPI’s ) and all stakeholders notified
