Developed the product roadmap to re-platform onto cloud technology for scaling on demand, reduce customer cost to entry, and provide new B2B and B2C product offerings- Rolled out a headless eCommerce platform using Amplience CMS for a 24/7 gym operator that increased customer conversion, provided flexible content management, website scalability and user analytics- Interviewed senior stakeholders and carried out market analysis to shape product proposal for a Self-Serve B2B Ad platform on a.com website. Designed to attract new local SMEs to advertising by simplifying complex offerings whilst minimising operational overheads- Launched a scalable audio-on-demand platform with integrated target ads capability for millions of listeners. Used by all Global Radio brands to provide Podcast and Catch Up content Online and via mobile Apps.
