Responsible for providing legal counsel for clients in business law, real estate, and estate planning. Additionally, I represent clients in civil and commercial litigation. My previous legal experience includes substantial pro-bono work; serving as a Disaster Relief Attorney with Lone Star Legal Aid; internships with a “Big 4” consulting firm - Ernst & Young (EY) as a Transfer Pricing Intern and Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Counsel as a Legal Intern. Prior to attending law school, I proudly served in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. In multiple tours of duty, I had the opportunity to lead over 180 personnel, accountable for the complex $100-million-dollar AEGIS combat suite, managed significant national security materials, responsible for multiple warfare areas and the ship’s safe navigation through multiple complex evolutions. After my naval service, advocating for veterans has become a passion. I have volunteered on the board of directors for the Global War on Terror Memorial Foundation (GWOTMF), a non-profit organization advocating to build a monument at the National Mall in Washington D.C. To fulfill GWOTMF’s vision, new legislation was required to be passed through the U.S. Congress and signed in law by the President authorizing the memorial’s creation. Additionally, I volunteer with V.E.L. Institute, a foundation which helps Veterans, Entrepreneurs, & Leaders connect and develop through collaborative learning. I am a 2016 University of Pittsburgh graduate earning a joint JD/MBA degree and a 2007 graduate from Villanova University earning my bachelor\'s degree in Economics.
