I lead Revenue Operations for Chainalysis Government Solutions, where I own the end-to-end revenue operating model for a $60M+ government SaaS business. As a member of the executive leadership team, I oversee forecasting, compensation strategy, territory and quota design, and Salesforce governance. Following our corporate separation, I built the standalone revenue infrastructure—including Salesforce architecture, forecasting methodology, and ARR reporting—establishing the operational foundation for independent growth.Prior to CGS, I spent four years at Amazon Web Services supporting a $1B+ US public sector portfolio. I led annual planning, segmentation, quota strategy, and forecasting, and partnered with Director-level leadership to manage performance, risk, and resource allocation. I was promoted to Sales Operations Lead in 2023.My career began in Finance at BAE Systems through its Financial Leadership Development Program, where I built deep expertise in budgeting, and financial modeling across US and UK operations.I hold an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and continue to explore emerging technologies—including Generative AI—to enhance revenue planning and operational efficiency.I’m focused on building disciplined, data-driven GTM organizations that scale predictably and align strategy with execution.
