I was hired at Flink to kick start their Search and Recommendations team. After getting the platform off the ground, raising the total revenue share of our recommendations from near zero to over 8%. I then lead the Discovery team, responsible for the user journey from logging on until pressing purchase. In this role, I redefined the way the company thinks about our stock levels, bringing awareness and traceable data to one of our customers’ largest problems. Since March 2025, I’m the lead product manager for the Dispatching teams. Leading a team of 10 backend engineers and 5 data scientists, we are completely revamping the algorithm that governs our trip organization and selection, moving from linear estimates for our promised delivery time to more advanced ML techniques, and a new structure for real time steering of our distribution centers.
