I love to improve and optimize processes and products with lean six sigma methodology, problem solving, and Toyota Production System modeling. Wherever I am, I am obsessed with thinking “how can I improve this…” or “this has the potential of being much more efficient if it was executed this way…” It brings genuine joy to my heart knowing that I am truly helping make everyone’s life easier by improving things around them. Throughout my process improvement engineering and lean six sigma positions, I have learned that-I can successfully lead in-person and virtual kaizens globally to drive business results-Enjoy and excel in coaching continuous improvement tools to individuals and small to large groups-I effectively accomplish root cause analysis, process and data mapping, problem solving, and project management- Always put the customer first, step into their shoes to determine what the customer truly values-I speak and convey ideas and results to subject matter experts and to leadership-I use my skills in data analytics to identify areas of variation and abnormal processes and lead projects and workshops to generate improvement and efficiency-I enjoy meeting new people and listening to new perspectives. When I am not improving at work, I focus on improving myself and others by-Volunteering weekly at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library to help adults with software, hardware, and applications as a Technology Tutor and help students from K-12 with Math homework and studying as a Math Tutor-Constantly learning and growing to drive myself to be a better person by means of reading, researching on the internet, and courses-Also enjoy competing in soccer, axe throwing, curling, and Top Golf!
