   Working with some very smart Project Scientist academics and tech savants to solve the the unsolvable problem of actually generating realistic delivery estimates from project schedules using 3-point estimates, Monte Carlo simulation, and a little secret sauce. While the the PM community has convinced everyone it knows what it\'s doing, anyone with any experience in project work understands that every project schedule is nothing more than an educated guess which, by definition, lies somewhere on the spectrum of barely-to-extremely-wrong. Focus of the venture is to move the state of the industry from lucky guesses with an MS Project GANTT to collections of milestone dates with levels of confidence based on statistics and science (think, standard distribution curves). In other words, what every project stakeholder and sponsor has always wanted all along. Which, it would seem, would help to save public and private enterprises hundreds of millions in waste.
