I started out at Vanguard as an interim contractor charged with building a learning operation to enable a young European region to achieve its next stage of growth. After falling in love with the culture, I decided to go permanent and have since rotated through a series of advisory roles at regional, divisional and enterprise levels.Some of the more impactful initiatives I have led include: developing and executing a learning strategy for Europe; researching and recommending improvements to Vanguard\'s Feedback and Coaching culture; developing a method to strengthen Executive bench and operationalizing an integrated approach to critical role succession management.
