Intrust Funding is a privately held real estate investment fund. We are an asset based lender funding single family fix and flips, multi-family residential and smaller commercial loans. I underwrite all loans including property valuations and budget auditing, multi-family financial analysis and overall feasibility for every loan. After funding I supervise all draws on construction loans and assist in loan payoffs. Our team collaborates closely together, providing excellent services consulting with and funding various investment loans for a multitude of clients across Washington state.
