The Technology & Operations Risk Management (TORM) function is responsible for implementing and operating the organisation’s processes and controls for Information Security and Cyber, Operational Resilience and Strategic Transformation, as well as providing Risk Management over these capabilities. Sean joined RSA from PwC, where he spent over 12 years helping Financial Services institutions manage IT risks and build for their digital future with confidence. Having worked in Asia (Hong Kong & Singapore) and Southern Africa, he brings a wealth of experience to his new role.

ABOUT SEAN HAMMILL
Sean is the Director, Technology and Operations Risk Management (TORM) at RSA UK & International. He has worked predominantly with Insurance and Banking clients for over 13 years in both an assurance and advisory capacity across a range of risk issues: from organisational and IT operational risk to regulatory and compliance risk.Sean works extensively as part of highly integrated international teams to identify, manage and monitor IT and operational risks. He has significant experience of complex, large scale change programmes, working with both the Business and Technology to deliver successful outcomes. He is used to navigating and aligning the three lines of defence.
