ABOUT SEAN HALLISEY
I am a Business Financial Associate at Key Capture Energy, a leading developer, owner, and operator of battery storage projects in ERCOT, NYISO, and across the US. My job is to support our sponsor, CFO, and finance team in raising capital, structuring project financings, and optimizing tax-efficiency of KCE and its partners. Before joining KCE, I gained valuable experience in investment banking, business development, financial modeling, valuation, and investment management. I hold a Bachelor\'s in Finance from Texas State University and have passed the CFA Level 1, CAIA Level 1, Series 3, Series 7, and Series 66 exams (though my FINRA licenses are currently inactive).
