I specialise in business and tax strategy for companies, their directors and shareholders and advising the South West charity and not for profit sector.I advise a number of family businesses including some large corporates throughout the region and beyond. In addition to providing advice on taxation, corporate finance, business structures, succession and property issues, I have provided longer term strategic advice and acted as a sounding board for new ideas.I joined Francis Clark as a partner in the Exeter office in 2006 but have worked in the region for the past 20 years, having been a partner in another regional firm.I am a Chartered Accountant, Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner, Member of the Securities and Investments Institute and hold the Institute\'s Corporate Finance qualification.I am also a partner of the Francis Clark Charity Sector Group.
